How we approach implementation
UNIVR’s 85 government support selections include six R&D engagements. Preliminary and commercialization spine-surgery research are separate projects; the VR smart-farm work was commissioned development under Borinuri. We connect planning with implementation and define staged deliverables.

Do you implement projects as well as plan research?
Yes. Our R&D includes VR airflow, haptic streaming, surgical education and game-connected indoor cycling, alongside in-house product development and commercialization. We can connect planning with implementation and on-site application.
How are development cost and timing determined?
We discuss features, available material, equipment and operating conditions, then agree on scope, deliverables, budget and timing. Consultation can begin at the idea stage.
What should I bring to a consultation?
Share the project purpose, target users, key features and intended setting. Reference screens or videos, available data and device information help make the discussion more specific.
